OUR COACHING STAFF
Every one of our coaching staff is a trained professional with a deep passion for education. All of our educators have specialized training in football and Futsal, through FA qualifications as well as our own AQA accredited training course qualification.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Learning is natural
Young children are encouraged to play games and use their imaginations, in a fun, safe environment. Children learn most effectively through active play, proven in numerous studies (Fromberg & Gullo 1992, Frost 1992, Rogers & Sawyer 1988). Our programme has been developed by professionals with an ethos on engaging children through fun and creative play, it also promotes the development of a wide range of early learning skills.
THE FOOTBALLING JOURNEY
Little-Strikers offers a safe and nurturing environment which encourages all aspects of mental and physical development through football with
NO Membership fees.
Specially designed equipment for children and with parental participation we will develop a number of key skills to help your child to enjoy the benefits of sport & prepare them to take instructions to help become "school ready".
Our programme was written by an UEFA licenced coach who is also an FA coach educator and works for a premier league club academy with over 15 years experience in coaching beginners right up-to elite youth and adult players.
Our Little Strikers sessions link to our Sala Soccer Schools sessions that take children on their journey from 18 months right up-to 16 years with a pathway into the adult game for both boys & girls.
OUR SESSIONS
We ensure that each child will be learning skills, acquiring new knowledge and demonstrating their understanding through areas of learning and development as set out by the EYFS framework.
